Clarity Counseling Group is owned and operated by Nastacia Parham (she/her), a practicing LMFT for over 10 years. Nastacia is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has worked with people from diverse backgrounds in various clinical settings. Clarity Counseling Group currently offers virtual Telehealth sessions across CA focusing on individual therapy for adults 18 and older. She loves being able to help my client’s find their inner strength to overcome adversity and find ways to cope to build long term resiliency. My client's often find they understand themselves better, can now identify their wants and needs, find more effective ways to communicate, learn new ways to manage stress, and find relief from symptoms.
